IN-HOUSE TECHNICAL ENGINEERS
Support from concept to concrete is vital to the success of an outpatient imaging facility. Since one of the largest potential costs in medical imaging is servicing equipment, Soteria employs highly trained in-house service engineers to monitor and maintain equipment in perfect working order. These key individuals afford us 24-hour expert service for each of our centers, seven days a week. During construction and installation, our service engineers work with contractors to ensure proper and effective operation of all on-site imaging equipment.

In 1998 Soteria Imaging Services created its own medical billing company. Through verification of patient benefits, electronic billing and payment posting, our timely and accurate approach helps us realize a decreased number of days outstanding. Facilities have up-to-the-minute information on patient accounts, and an informed billing representative is always available to answer patient questions. Our world-class billing company is also made available to physicians and hospitals who contract with Soteria for medical imaging management services.
